ASCPE- Admissions, Service Coordination & Program Evaluation


Admissions-is the single point of entry for all Kendall County Health Department Mental Health Services. Anyone interested in receiving individual or group therapy, anger management, substance abuse treatment, or psychological testing must participate is the intake process first.

The intake consists of a one-on-one interview with an ASCPE professional. During the interview, each client is assessed for risk, concerns, and service needs. Once the intake is complete the individualls are assigned a counselor, an initial appointment is scheduled, and appropriate fees are set.



Service Coordination
Part of ASCPE's mission is to provide linkage and referrals to clients. ASCPE staff collaborate and network with a variety of service providers in order to assist fully assist clients.

Program Evaluation
ASCPE conducts ongoing Quality Assurance with all Mental Health files. This process assures that all appropriate paperwork is in order and best practice standards are being met.


Parent Education
The range of parent education services include: individual services, group support, and communtiy education. Program philosophy draws upon the experiences of the parents and supplements that with some educational information.



Transitions
Dedicated to serving residents over the age of 60 and their caregivers by providing counseling, case management, and caregiver support and education.

Outreach Case Management
Offered to homebound residents, providing in home counseling and support, aimed at decreasing isolation and providing linkage to other home services.
