Sevice Coordination-is the single point of entry for all Kendall County Health Department Mental Health Services. Anyone interested in receiving individual or group therapy, anger management, substance abuse treatment, or psychological testing must participate is the intake process first.
The intake consists of a one-on-one interview with an Service Coordination professional. During the interview, each client is assessed for risk, concerns, and service needs. Once the intake is complete the individualls are assigned a counselor, an initial appointment is scheduled, and appropriate fees are set.
